📢 Opportunity for Travel Coordinators (Remote – Surat, Gujarat) (Note: Candidates based in Surat, Gujarat only can apply) The Travel Coordinator performs a variety of logistical coordination and administrative tasks, providing support to project field team members and corporate team members. 🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Equals to U.S. EST timezone) 📍 Work from Home | Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize and schedule travel appointments • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled travel reports • Maintain contact lists • Submit and reconcile expense reports. • Provide general support to visitors and Team Members • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers • Coordinate travel services for third-party vendors • Maintain relationships with vendors related to travel (Car rental, airlines, hotels, etc.). • Is a team player a positive, well-organized, proactive force to support the profit and growth of the company • Other duties as assigned by Travel Manager and COO QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience as a travel coordinator • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
